Find Answers to Your Questions

  • Where are we based and where do we ship from?
    We are based in London, we manufacture from China which then we distribute from our headquarters in London.
  • What is your jewellery made of?
    Our jewellery is made of stainless steel plated by 18k gold.
  • How long will shipping take?
    It will take 1-2 days to process your order, then we give 7-10 days time for delivery.
  • Do we accept returns?
    Although we hope you love your products enough not to return them, we do have a 30 day return policy. However, due to health and safety risks we cannot be refunded or exchanged unless it is damaged or faulty. If you receive a faulty or damaged item we will happily replace it and organize shipment with no extra cost within 6 months from the purchase date.
  • How to file for a return or exchange?
    Please follow these steps: 1. Let us know - just email us at san@arabellaw.com with your order number, your reason for the return, and if you’d like a refund or exchange. 2. Post the item back within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached), at your cost. 3. We’ll check that’s all as it should be, and we’ll process the refund immediately (excluding return shipping costs) via your original payment method or send your new item.
  • Exchange policy
    We want you to adore our products as much as we do, if you would prefer something different we would happy to help. However, we cannot exchange earrings due to health and safety reasons unless they are faulty or damaged. In line with our return policy you have 30 days to file for an exchange and send the product back. Once received we will re-pack your order with your new item and get it sent out to you.
